The concert began with confusion as VIP parking was a mess. Had to drive through the entire facility very slowly, only to find out the entrance was at gate 10 on Fitzhugh. No entrances available from the other side of the road. 5 Uber vans full of people, along with several other paid ride services using the ultra vip entrance as a drop off point, causing another 20 minutes of waiting. Ride shares and vans should not be allowed to use the ultra vip entrance as drop off zones. Makes no sense that it took 30 minutes to park in ultra vip. Should be more organized and ultra vip should be blocked from ride shares. Other venues will ticket the Uber drivers, why can't you, Ticketmaster? Wasted money. But hey, you win again. Concessions were better than previous years – pricey but better quality. For most of the concert, the staff kept things orderly until the encore. The support staff left before the encore, so fans from the seats at back came down to stand in the aisles and in front of me and my wife for the last song. Besides being an obvious fire hazard, your security staff should not leave until the lights come up. Again, expensive seat experience ruined by thoughtless fans and staff who decided to call it a night about 20 minutes early.
